For any successful business process reengineering (BPR) and implementation of any enterprise software solutions to align with the newly designed business processes, changes must be planned and controlled appropriately.
For this reason, Unisoft™ UniERP™ Business Solutions™ package offers a comprehensive business process change management (CM) solution service. The change management plan will help managing the following change processes so that the desired changes are successfully implemented:
To obtain buy-in and support from all stakeholders, counter and handle resistance from employees, align everyone to the strategic directions of the organization, and implement all required changes successfully, all changes and tasks associated with the changes must be communicated properly to all appropriate individuals, teams and departments on time. To carry out all communications correctly and on time, Unisoft develops a change management communication plan for desired organization as part of the Business Solutions package.
As part of the BPR process when the Unisoft™ Team analyzes the “As-Is” business processes and determines the areas of business processes to be modified, reason(s) for each change is/are documented, and they are communicated to the appropriate stakeholders of desired organization’s different business functions using the change management communication plan. The goals of this exercise are to get the buy-in of the stakeholders for the change and prepare the stakeholders for the change implementation when it happens.
Once the “To-Be” business processes are designed, not all processes may be feasible to implement at the same time. Or some changes may be “nice to have” and can be deferred for future implementations. And the changes to be implemented may be phased out for different iterations. As part of the change management plan, each change is identified and selected for the implementation.
Along with reasons of changes, Unisoft™ identifies all impacts to the other business processes and resources of the desired organization associated with each change, as part of the change management process when, as part of the BPR process, the Unisoft™ Team analyzes the “As-Is” business processes and determines the areas of business processes to be modified.
